We are excited about our new Customer Satisfaction Policy!  For too long in this business, we have noticed two things, when it comes to customer satisfaction.  The first observation was that our competitors were neglecting to give customers their full attention.  The second was that our competitors were never invited back by their customers. 

At Great River Janitorial, we are there to help!  Not only do we give customers our full attention.  We are genuinely interested and concerned about each and every customer.  Courtesy calls and reminders via email and/or United States Postal Service have become customary in our business practice.  We are dedicated and proud of our career.  Let your floors become our floors!  Let your home or organization become our pride and joy!

OUR SERVICES

Two weeks after the completion of any finish application, we recomend that your floors be maintained on a regular basis.  By maintaining, we suggest that your tile floors be burnished (polished) and given an additional coat of wax.  It is also our recomendation that your floors continue to be maintained, at least once, on a monthly basis.  This is to insure a more durable, longer lasting shine for your floors.
